Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP to combine with Grimshaw & Harring, P. C.

KANSAS CITY, Mo., July 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP and Grimshaw & Harring, P. C. are pleased to announce the combination of their two firms effective August 1, 2012. The combination affords Spencer Fane a Denver presence and provides Grimshaw & Harring's clients expanded Midwestern capabilities and a broader range of services.

Since its inception over 50 years ago, Grimshaw & Harring has been at the forefront of providing legal services to both regional and national clients conducting business in the Rocky Mountain region.  With twenty-one Denver-based attorneys, Grimshaw & Harring is dedicated to providing careful advice, personal attention and, most especially, practical solutions in delivering the highest quality legal services.
