The firm also welcomed two new Sales Consultants, Audrey Fedele Hartwell and Matthew Cantafio.  Ms. Hartwell will focus on the Greater Philadelphia architecture and design community.  She brings over 15 years of consultative sales experience to her new role.  Drawing on experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Cantafio will serve Spectrum working with commercial brokers and end users, alike.  Most recently, Mr. Cantafio held positions in field marketing and sales for Power Home Remodeling Group, in Chester, PA.
