Spectralink Hires Global VP of R&D

--Industry Veteran Brenda Budzynski Brings 25 Years of Innovation Expertise--

BOULDER, Colo., April 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Spectralink Corporation ("Spectralink"), a global leader in wireless solutions for the workplace, has announced that Brenda Budzynski will join the company as the new VP of Global R&D.

Budzynski has spent the last 25 years in telecommunications, 21 of those years at Alcatel-Lucent, Bell Labs and AT&T, in engineering management where she was focused on business transformation and operational excellence. She brings a broad understanding of business from production to manufacturing to services, and has a deep appreciation of running organizations that span multiple countries, time zones and cultures.

In addition to more than two decades with Alcatel-Lucent, Budzynski has also recently held executive management roles at JDSUniphase (JDSU) and TeleCommunication Systems (TCS). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Clemson University, along with numerous industry awards and certifications.
