Prior to joining Spear, Kelly Harris managed and executed key marketing programs to grow and develop industry penetration and partner relationships as the Alliance Marketing Manager at Intelligent Decisions, Inc.  By cultivating marketing programs from the ground up, she was able to achieve record growth and support from the vendor community from both a resource and financial perspective. Through strong industry relationships, Kelly identified alignment with her employer and its partner and customer set to implement unparalleled strategic support plans.
