Speaker Submissions For Agile2013 To Close February 1
Software practitioners are encouraged to make final submissions, review and provide feedback to online abstracts for leading Agile software development conference
PORTLAND, Ore., Jan. 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Agile Alliance, (http://agilealliance.org/), a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the advancement of Agile software development principles and practices, today announced that speaker submissions for Agile2013 close this Friday, Feb. 1. With four days remaining, Agile2013 organizers encourage software professionals to submit session proposals that fit with this year's theme of – Practitioners Making Agile Work at (http://agile2013.agilealliance.org/speakers/).
"Agile-based methodologies continue to mature, and the Agile2013 conference provides a great opportunity for software practitioners to share experiences and learn from peers," said Kent McDonald, Agile2013 conference chair. The Agile2013 conference will be held Aug. 5-9, 2013 in Nashville, Tenn. (http://agile2013.agilealliance.org/). This year's conference celebrates "Getting Agile Done," and the committed practitioners that have led the industry to build better software faster. It offers the greatest breadth of learning and content of any industry event, and this year's program will focus on sharing experiences, ideas and creativity for "doing" Agile in useful and meaningful ways. This year the conference also includes a new DevOps track that will focus on the deployment of software and the coordination of development and IT operations teams as a means of streamlining the entire software build and release lifecycle.
