Virtual Reality Graded Exposure Therapy was studied by the Department of Defense and has over a decade of clinical research and efficacy data. This national launch puts Spartan Medical at the forefront to help treat Iraq and Afghanistan warriors suffering from combat-related PTSD. A formative Randomized Controlled Trial published in 2011 compared "treatment as usual" to this technology.
