Sparta Systems Launches TrackWise® 9 Quality Management Software
New intuitive quality management software release speeds user adoption, and quality and compliance management throughout an organization
HAMILTON, N.J., April 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Sparta Systems today announced the launch of TrackWise 9, the latest version of its leading quality management software. This release introduces a new intuitive interface along with enhanced features to speed user adoption, and quality and compliance management throughout organizations.
TrackWise 9 was built around insights from hundreds of users and feedback from seventy-five beta customers. The release offers a simple and seamless experience that makes it easy for casual users to track and act on quality events. It also introduces one-click data export, and a more robust automated validation package.
Sparta introduced TrackWise in 1994 when it was the first commercially available quality management software. Today it is used by nearly one million users in over thirty countries as organizations across the globe adopt an all-digital approach to quality management processes. The solution has seen strong adoption in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, food & beverage, consumer products, and discrete manufacturing industries.
"TrackWise is constantly evolving to meet our users' needs," said Tom Sullivan, VP of Product Management at Sparta. "This latest release incorporates feedback from our customers who continue to be the driving force behind the product's evolution. TrackWise is deeply rooted at their companies, and with their suppliers. So, we know how critical it is to facilitate adoption and help them to ignite a culture of quality that helps to lower risk and protect consumers," said Sullivan.
Also, included in TrackWise 9 is an all new Intake capability. It allows employees to easily report potential quality or compliance issues from a simple, easy-to-use, cloud based interface. As a result, companies have greater visibility into potential quality incidents, and investigation and corrective actions can be initiated faster.
TrackWise 9 continues the trend toward an integrated quality business network consisting of manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and other quality stakeholders. All of them are supported by capabilities in analytics, regulatory reporting, and quality processes that bring everything together in a single platform.
This latest release is now generally available. Current customers with valid maintenance can upgrade at no cost. To learn more, visit www.SpartaSystems.com/TrackWiseQMS
