Spansion Partners With IPVALUE to Commercialize Patent Portfolio

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Aug. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Spansion Inc. (NYSE: CODE), a global leader in Flash memory-based embedded systems solutions, today announced that it has selected IPVALUE Management as its worldwide partner to commercialize its patent portfolio. Under the multi-year agreement, IPVALUE will be responsible for originating and executing transactions related to patent licensing and sales.
