"It got too expensive to sell just fuel," he remarked. "I have 1.6 acres of land that I can use for parking rental equipment, and the cashiers can handle the rentals." Beal, like many other small-business owners adding something new to their business is cautiously optimistic, but believes that he did the right thing to keep his business profitable. "We have brought in some revenue," he noted, "and now we will have to see if the city has any restrictions that will inhibit my growth."
