ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., (SPA) has named Wesley C. Blankinship Vice President, Emerging Markets and Advanced Technologies effective September 6, 2017.
Mr. Blankinship brings significant experience in new business capture and professional services support to government clients and most recently served as a Senior Vice President within the Government Services business unit at Belcan, which acquired Schafer Corporation this year. In his position, he had profit and loss responsibility for a portfolio of geographically distributed, highly technical personnel supporting programs that exceeded $150M in annual revenue.
