The alliance provides S&P's Global Data Solutions content suite including: ratings, evaluated pricing, terms and conditions, cross reference data and analytics directly to Shadow Financial Systems' ShadowSuite® customers. ShadowSuite software facilitates post-trade processing and clearing for back-office, treasury and accounting departments.
Among the broad array of S&P market data and analytics now included in ShadowSuite are the following:
- Standard & Poor's Credit Ratings: One of the largest global credit ratings databases available, Global Data Solutions includes information on more than 9,100 global issuers; 400 sovereign and US public finance entities; 19,000 structured finance transactions; and nearly one million maturities.
- Evaluated Pricing and Pricing Histories: End-of-day pricing for global fixed income securities and historical bond valuations.
- Fixed Income Terms & Conditions: The Global Data Solutions terms & conditions data set contains real-time fixed income terms and conditions for over two million global corporate, government and agency and US municipal securities.
- Cross-Reference Data: With data allowing the matching of security identifiers with the ownership hierarchy for approximately 11 million unique instruments linked to 540,000 Issuers and 315,000 legal entities. Global Data Solutions makes it possible to spot potential counterparty and concentration risks.
