The firm studied 130 natural gas, electric, and mixed-use residential utilities nationwide to determine current customer satisfaction and trust rates, and released its findings in the 2016 Utility Trusted Brand & Customer Engagement™: Residential, which named Southwest Gas a Utility Customer Champion for 2016.
Southwest Gas, a natural gas utility that serves nearly two million customers in Ariz., Calif., and Nev., was evaluated based on three measures: Brand Trust, Operational Satisfaction, and Product Experience. Southwest Gas posted an ECR, or Engaged Customer Relationship, score of 782 out of 1,000, the second highest score amongst all utilities studied.
