South Dakota Department of Labor selects On Point Technology, LLC to conduct Business Process Analysis
OAK BROOK, Ill., July 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- On Point Technology, LLC has been awarded a contract with the South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation to conduct a business process analysis (BPA) of the South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation UI benefit system. The project will include identifying areas of need for which the Department of Labor could approve upon: recommending ideas for increasing program integrity, reducing improper payment, and developing best practices to further increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the benefits system.
