SourceRight Solutions Wins Two HROA Awards

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Nov. 1, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- SourceRight Solutions today announced it has won two HROA Awards. SourceRight Solutions was recognized in the Service of the Year category and in the Innovation of the Year category for its Reporting and Analysis Platform known as RAP. Winners were selected by an open vote of the HROA's buyer-members.  

Accepting the awards at the ceremony held at the annual HRO Summit in Tampa, Fla. on October 20, 2010 was company president, Rebecca Callahan.  

The Service of the Year award recognizes firms that provide superior service, above-and-beyond the expected, providing clients with the ability to invigorate their recruitment processes.  SourceRight and a leading financial services client were honored for their long standing partnership. Throughout the client engagement, SourceRight has achieved a 90.5% level of hiring manager satisfaction and an 87.3% level of satisfaction for new hires.
