SourceRight Solutions Names Kelly Cartwright as Vice President, Corporate Development

(NYSE: SFN), today announced that Kelly Cartwright has joined the company as Vice President, Corporate Development. In this newly created position, Cartwright assumes responsibility for driving SourceRight's product and solutions strategy and expansion; directing all marketing initiatives, including marketing communications and public relations; and evolving the company's Customer Engagement program.

Recognized as one of the Top 100 HR Influencers by HR Examiner, Cartwright has more than 15 years of experience in the Human Capital Management industry with specific expertise in the rapid development, delivery and implementation of professional services and technology solutions. Most recently, she was general manager of a talent management consulting firm where she was responsible for the leadership and accountability of its strategic direction, development and growth. Previously, she was the firm's Vice President, Sales and Marketing. When a major outsourcing company acquired the company in 2007, she was named Vice President, Marketing and Business Development Strategy for the combined entity.
