Sound Physicians Enters Agreement to Provide Transitional Care Services for Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts
Leading healthcare organization partners with long-term acute care hospital
TACOMA, Wash., Feb. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sound Physicians, a healthcare organization focused on improving quality and lowering cost throughout the acute episode of care, announced today an agreement to provide medical services for Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts.
Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts is a 202-bed long-term acute care hospital in Springfield, Mass. Vibra Hospital belongs to Vibra Healthcare, a network of hospitals that cares for medically complex patients who benefit from long term, highly skilled care. Vibra Hospital offers pulmonary care, complex wound care, dialysis, pain management, rehabilitation and many other services.
