In line with this year's symposium theme, Forging Integrated Intelligence, Sotera representatives will be on hand to demonstrate how the company leverages its expertise in cyber solutions, counterterrorism and intelligence, C4ISR and mission systems to enhance the quality of mission-critical national security decisions. Visitors to booth #122 will have the opportunity to experience several demonstrations of Sotera's C4ISR and counterterrorism solutions including:
- WatchIT®, designed to monitor and fuse information from disparate sensors and controls to create actionable intelligence to enhance the decision-making capability of the user
- Line of Sight Application (LOSA), employing an extremely accurate earth model coupled with terrain data to create a more efficient process in accurately ascertaining radio coverage and determining visual line of sight
- Weapons Reporting Information Tool for Exploitation (WRITE), is an expert system which integrates data from multiple intelligence sources to help warfighters accurately identify the enemy's training, tactics, and procedures, as well as conduct threat assessments and provide situational awareness in relation to the threat posed via Improvised Explosive Devices
Applying a different twist to their booth, Sotera will also feature Paint in Motion artist Stephen Fishwick in three live painting performances that will demonstrate the company's core values and approach to national security.
Together with the U.S. Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF), Sotera will raffle off the paintings created by Mr. Fishwick as part of their hospitality event, Rock the House with Sotera, at the annual GEOWalk. USGIF has generously agreed to match all funds raised by Sotera and all proceeds will benefit the Fisher House Foundation, an organization that provides comfort homes on the grounds of major military and VA medical centers to aid injured members of the U.S. military and their families.
With approximately 4,000 attendees, GEOINT, hosted by the USGIF, is the nation's largest intelligence event bringing together leading experts from the U.S. defense, intelligence and homeland security communities and the private sector to address the latest national security developments and best practices.
