Expands Development and Licensing of Market-Leading Video and Audio Codec Technologies and Content Creation SDKs

As part of the integration, Sonic has formed a Professional Technology Division which combines MainConcept with Sonic's professional products group to offer a broad application and technology portfolio that includes industry-standard DVD, BD, and interactive authoring technologies, codec engines, and SDKs for content creation, compression, and playback on PC and CE devices.
