Songjiang Environmental Protection Bureau Makes Favorable Remarks on SI Group Shanghai in Official Report

SHANGHAI, Aug. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Songjiang environmental authorities have conducted an inspection of the SI Group manufacturing facility in Shanghai and published the results of their examination. The report released on July 22nd, 2011 by the Songjiang Environmental Protection Bureau concludes that wastewater generated at the facility is transported to qualified companies and is being safely disposed.  "It can be concluded that SI-SH's environmental management conforms with the regulations, that the files are complete, and equipment is in normal operating condition... SI-SH is in compliance with the Industrial Guidelines of Songjiang Industrial Park."

The report also acknowledges SI Group's recent US$3 million (RMB 20 million) investment to install a high density phenol aldehyde recycling and wastewater treatment equipment in Shanghai.
