Soltage adds Shrips Ilango, Stephen Goodbody to executive team
JERSEY CITY, N.J., Dec. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Soltage, a full-service renewable energy company that develops and operates solar energy projects across the United States, today announced it has hired Sripradha "Shrips" Ilango as Executive Vice President of Finance and Steve Goodbody as Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering.

Shrips Ilango has nearly 20 years' experience in due diligence, negotiations, and managing energy and infrastructure investments globally across the capital structure. She has previously worked within the energy investment platforms of prominent firms including General Electric, the Securities and Exchange Board of India, and El Paso Merchant Energy. Shrips has managed over $6 billion in development, growth capital, and distressed investments across global energy, mining, power, and water sectors. Shrips earned her BS from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India; MS in Financial Markets and Trading from the Illinois Institute of Technology; and MBA from Columbia Business School.
Steve Goodbody brings over 23 years' experience managing complex infrastructure projects across the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, energy generation, and industrial gases and chemicals industries. Prior to joining Soltage, he worked for major corporations including Northrup Grumman, Johnson Controls, and the BOC Group (currently the Linde Group). Steve earned a bachelor's of engineering in mechanical engineering from Aston University, is a certified solar photovoltaic installer by the North American Board of Certified Energy Professionals (NABCEP), and has served as a member of the expert review panel for utility-scale solar grant funding applications for the U.S. Department of Energy.
