BOSTON, Oct. 31, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Overseas Adventure Travel, the leader in small groups on the road less traveled, continues its commitment to solo travelers in 2017 by offering Free Single Supplements on all of its adventures and optional pre-and-post trip extensions, said Chairman Alan E. Lewis today. While O.A.T. includes several single spaces on every adventure and departure, this space is limited, so independent travelers are encouraged to reserve early.

More than two in five (40%) of all O.A.T. travelers join the small-group tour operator as solo travelers--compared with 27% in 2010. O.A.T.'s solo-friendly polices, which includes free single supplements, and small group sizes of 10-16 travelers by land or 14-25 by small ship, attract these independent travelers.
