Solera Health, ExercisABILITIES Aim to Stop Diabetes in its Tracks

PHOENIX, Dec. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Solera Health, a leading integrated community network, welcomes Rochester, MN-based health and wellness facility ExercisABILITIES into its national network of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)-recognized diabetes prevention program (DPP) providers.

Eighty-six million American adults are living with prediabetes.
