Solatube International Celebrates 20th Anniversary

VISTA, Calif., Aug. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Solatube International Inc., the worldwide leading manufacturer and marketer of Tubular Daylighting Devices (TDDs), is celebrating its 20th Anniversary this year.  The company invented TDDs, which distribute daylight into homes and commercial buildings. Solatube Daylighting Systems are installed as an energy-saving and sustainability effort around the world.

Solatube Daylighting Systems harvest daylight at the rooftop and transfer it down highly reflective tubing to distribute it into a room through a diffuser at the ceiling. TDDs have been installed in everything from homes to zoos.
