Solanbridge Group Inc Announces Acquisition of BICOM, LLC

HOUSTON, Oct. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Solanbridge Group Inc (OTC: SLNX) is pleased to announce that SLNX has acquired the majority interest in BICOM, LLC, a sales and telemarketing firm.  BICOM will add revenue to SLNX's gross revenue immediately.

Charles R. Shirley, CEO of Solanbridge, stated, "We welcome Mr. Jhonn Mendieta and BICOM to Solanbridge.  Mr. Mendieta will be bringing in his current clients and BICOM will be working with Solanbridge to develop a client base in agribusiness and in emerging medical marijuana market."

On September 29, 2014, SLNX signed a Purchase Agreement to acquire majority interest, fifty-one percent, in BICOM, LLC. 

Solanbridge expects BICOM to develop leads and close sales in the medical marijuana market and other agricultural related industries.

Jhonn Mendieta serves as president for BICOM LLC. He will be managing BICOM on behalf of Solanbridge. Before forming and managing BICOM, Mr. Mendieta has worked in different sales organizations that were focused on the large Hispanic community in the US. After a couple of years in the business, Mr. Mendieta realized the enormous potential of outsourcing. For that reason, he formed BICOM LLC in the eastern United States in 2005. Working with a varied clientele of companies, Mr. Mendieta has been developing, testing and executing different lead generation and sales programs for its clients in the financial, telecom, and agribusiness markets. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Catholic University of Bolivia "San Pablo" in Cochabamba, Bolivia.
