Travelers Can Now Create Dynamic Travel Packages Combining Sol Melia Hotels with Flights and Destination Activities Provided by ezRez
PALMA DE MALLORCA, Spain and SAN FRANCISCO, May 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Sol Melia Hotels & Resorts, S.A. and ezRez Software, Inc., today announced the launch of Flight + Hotel package deals available for US travelers on www.solmelia.com and through dedicated Sol Melia reservation agents. As part of the new functionality, travelers can also book car transfers and destination activities with their flight and hotel package. Customers who book trips through Sol Melia will have access to hundreds of airlines, including American Airlines and Delta, as well as thousands of local destination activities in the many markets served by the hotel chain.
With over 300 hotels in 30 countries, Sol Melia is the largest resort hotel chain in the world. Through the new technology partnership, flights and destination activities provided by ezRez can be packaged with any of the company's hotel brands, including Gran Melia, Melia, ME by Melia, Paradisus Resorts, Innside by Melia, Tryp by Wyndham and Sol Hotels.
