Based in San Francisco, Huie will oversee legal, data privacy, and M&A initiatives to accelerate Sojern's global market expansion.
Prior to joining Sojern, Huie was the founding General Counsel at Criteo and, most recently, led corporate development activities for the $3.5 billion technology company. Before that, Huie was VP and Associate General Counsel at Yahoo!, where he led the legal team supporting Yahoo!'s global mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic investment efforts. During his 16 year-tenure at both companies, Paul has overseen more than 50 strategic transactions totaling $7 billion in value.
