Sodoma Law Attorney Nadia A. Margherio Honored as One of Charlotte's 50 Most Influential Women
Celebrating with "Full Hearts," the Firm Spearheads Fundraising for Ronald McDonald House in Charlotte
CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Sodoma Law, a leading family-focused and family-driven firm, today announced that Attorney Nadia A. Margherio was recently honored by North Carolina Lawyers Weekly and the Mecklenburg Times as one of Charlotte's 50 Most Influential Women. Ms. Margherio, a Principal of the firm, was recognized for her extensive professional accomplishments and community involvement, including her tireless efforts on behalf of children. To demonstrate their pride in her and "pay it forward," the Sodoma Law team is now assisting another children's cause through its creation of the Full House Full Heart initiative, supporting the Ronald McDonald House (RMH) in Charlotte. The RMH gives families from outside the Charlotte region a safe and affordable "home away from home" when their children are being treated in Charlotte hospitals.

Ms. Margherio practices in both the Family Law and Assisted Reproductive Technology (A.R.T.) areas at the firm. She is also an experienced mediator in family law cases and is a frequently appointed Guardian ad litem and Parenting Coordinator in high-conflict custody cases. In addition, she serves as a volunteer attorney with the Council for Children's Rights, the United Family Services Victim Assistance Program, and the Safe Alliance's Legal Representation Project, and is active with Inspire, a nonprofit for homeless women and families in North Carolina.
