SOCMA to Lead Presentations on Economy, Market Regulation Key to Specialty Manufacturers at InformEx USA

WASHINGTON, Jan. 9, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Society of Chemical Manufacturers and Affiliates (SOCMA) is pleased to announce it will be leading presentations on several key priorities important to specialty chemical manufacturers at InformEx USA, the global marketplace for networking and doing business in the fine, custom and specialty chemical industry. The annual tradeshow takes place February 19-22 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA.

• Market Regulations: How it Affects Your Business and How to Fight Back – SOCMA Vice President of Government and Public Relations Bill Allmond will discuss how government regulators and non-governmental organizations drive fear in the marketplace about chemicals through public relations campaigns or policy proposals. February 21 at 9:00 a.m.
