"SOCMA congratulates Administrator Pruitt on his confirmation and looks forward to working with him and continuing our important work with EPA. We welcome the opportunity to present SOCMA's interests to EPA, including our members' positions on the development of Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) rules, resolution to the Clean Power Plan, and addressing concerns with the Risk Management Plan (RMP) rulemaking.
