Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking Appoints Richard Kradjel as Head of U.S. Equity Private Placements
NEW YORK, Nov 16, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking announces that it has hired Richard Kradjel as Managing Director and Head of Equity Private Placements for the U.S. In this new role, Mr. Kradjel will oversee the development of the firm's Equity Private Placement effort in the U.S., with responsibility for the origination, structuring and distribution of private equity to U.S. institutional investor clients.
Mr. Kradjel's appointment is part of a broader initiative by the bank to expand its Equity Capital Markets platform in the Americas, capitalizing on both the strong client relationships and structuring expertise of the firm's banking teams.
A professional with over fifteen years of experience in the Equity Private Placement business, Mr. Kradjel joins from Jefferies, where he was head of their Equity Private Placement business. Previously, he had a similar role at Lazard and also worked as a senior professional in the Equity Private Placement department at Credit Suisse.
Mr. Kradjel is based in New York and reports to David Getzler, Head of Equity Capital Markets for the Americas.
