Social Enterprise Movement Goes Beyond Boardroom Doors

MINNEAPOLIS, Jan. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The door for businesses to incorporate as Public Benefit Corporation in Minnesota is now open thanks to the Minnesota Public Benefit Corporation Act, effective January 1st. One local Minnesota firm is opening its doors to leaders of Public Benefit Corporations to ensure their successful start-up and longevity.
