What is the PCMH Accelerator™?
The DOCS CPR division of SOAPware, Inc. has developed an online collaborative PCMH platform that guides users through achieving PCMH Recognition. Each Standard of PCMH is divided into chapters by Element and each chapter is broken down into Factors. This easy to follow format is like a map with all the destinations and details already identified, thus providing a path to PCMH recognition in a fraction of the industry-standard timeframe.
Katherine Wolf, Office Manager for Peter Clark, MD, and a participant in the first group, shared the following:
"The PCMH Accelerator shows how to attack the whole thing using SOAPware so each practice doesn't have to do it alone. Each practice doesn't have to re-invent the wheel … The other benefit of the Accelerator is it tells you how you can use SOAPware to meet PCMH requirements ... specifically for each Standard/Factor under consideration. There are examples of Logs which might be used … and suggestions of how documentation can be prepared for NCQA. This helps tremendously, because NCQA is something that can be hard to wrap your head around."
The PCMH Accelerator members are granted exclusive access to the PCMH Roadmap, collaborative online webinars and roundtable discussions with other participants on their PCMH journey, as well as access to a private PCMH Tribe™ website. At the end of each webinar, a NCQA Certified Content Expert will facilitate a roundtable discussion between participants, and will be on hand to answer questions and consult for members on their PCMH journey.
The PCMH Accelerator for SOAPware package combines expert level knowledge in a variety of formats as well as collaboration opportunities to facilitate your learning. These extraordinarily robust and powerful resources will empower you and your staff on the road to PCMH recognition.
