The organization's Health Insurance Literacy specialists makes presentations to clubs, organizations and associations across the Commonwealth, free of charge.
The audience-interactive presentation covers the following:

- discussion about choices of where Kentuckians can go to get healthcare;
- discussion about how can costs can differ, depending on where a person gets their healthcare services;
- tips on ways to save money, including prescription drug costs.
A 15-minute presentation is followed by a brief Q&A period.
Kentucky Health Cooperative's mission is to promote community health and well-being by engaging the members and providers it serves in the valued delivery of quality coverage of integrated healthcare services.
