An internationally respected enterprise IT veteran, Brown, who had previously served as a company advisor, recently retired from his position as Group Chief Technology Officer at global financial services leader, UBS.

Mr. Brown assumes his Chairman role shortly following the public debut of SnoopWall at the world-renowned DEMO Fall 2013 conference. SnoopWall is first-of-its kind, counterveillance anti-spyware software to protect consumers, families and businesses from cyber security threats and privacy invasions of their personal computers and mobile devices.
Before joining UBS in 2010, Brown worked for two years as head of strategy, architecture and optimization at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and two years as CTO of infrastructure at Credit Suisse, prior to which he spent 10 years at Merrill Lynch, including as Chief Technology Architect, CTO of Direct Markets, head of networks, market data and email.
Mr. Brown recently launched Street Scale IT Group, a company providing IT services associated with datacenters and cloud hosting to the financial sector and other regulated industries. Beyond his chairman role with SnoopWall, Brown holds board director roles at IT resources demand-and-service assurance software provider Moogsoft and ServiceMesh, which automates deployment and management of enterprise applications across cloud environments.
