Snap-on Franchisee Featured as "Top in America" by CNBC and Franchise Business Review
KENOSHA, Wis., May 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Snap-on franchisee Mark Stuchel, a Navy veteran and multi-unit operator, is featured among the "Top Franchisees in America" in a CNBC special feature on the network website. Selection of the 50 franchisees honored was in cooperation with Franchise Business Review, a national franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction and franchise customer experiences.
Stuchel, who owns five vans in the Des Moines, IA area, has been a part of the Snap-on team for 15 years. The International Franchise Association previously recognized Stuchel as the Snap-on Franchisee of the Year.
"Mark and his wife Suzan are valued by Snap-on, their team and their many customers. Mark has consistently served as a role model and a leader in the Snap-on franchise network," says Tom Kassouf, president, Snap-on Tools Group. "It's an honor to have Mark represent Snap-on. We are proud to have him be recognized by a major media outlet and franchise researcher."
Quoted in the feature, Stuchel says, "I saw Snap-on as an opportunity to help technicians and shop owners get the tools they need to be more successful. You have to put your customers first and make them feel like you're there for them and not just your personal gain."
To be considered for the "Top Franchisee" ranking, the franchisor first had to have a "strong proof of concept in multiple markets" and demonstrate "solid financial performance and good opportunity for franchisee return on investment." The franchisees were selected based on "broad franchisee satisfaction" and "high regard of management by the franchisee community."
