CHICAGO, Oct. 1 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- SmithAmundsen LLC, a 128-lawyer firm headquartered in Chicago, is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in St. Louis, Missouri. Brad Goss and Marvin Lindmark, well known members of the St. Louis legal community, will lead the office which opens today, October 1, 2010.

Brad Goss has over 27 years experience in real estate development, zoning, subdivision, construction, leasing, finance, banking and municipal law. He has represented developers, homeowners associations, banks, contractors, subcontractors, and governmental entities including counties, cities, and special political subdivisions in a myriad of matters. Brad has been instrumental in the drafting and passage of legislation designed for complex mixed-use developments and special taxing districts. Brad received a B.A. from Vanderbilt University, high honors, and a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, magna cum laude.
Marvin Lindmark focuses his practice on labor & employment litigation in both state and federal courts in Missouri and Southern Illinois. Marvin's experience includes handling complex multi-party employment and commercial lawsuits for both large and small businesses. He also counsels clients on restrictive covenant agreements, contract matters, independent contractor issues, and various employment related matters as well as drafting personnel policies, employment contracts, severance agreements, and employee handbooks. Marvin received a B.A. from the University of Missouri - Kansas City, with distinction, and a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, cum laude.
