SmartGolf Releases First Sensor-Equipped Golf Putter that Allows Players to Practice Anywhere
Ready to improve your golf game? The Smart Putter gives you accurate analysis to improve your putts, strokes and everything in between.
SAN JOSE, Calif., March 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The market's most innovative golf putter is here. Meet The Smart Putter: the groundbreaking tool built to help you elevate your game with the help of some of the most advanced mobile technology available.
SmartGolf, a member company of the K-ICT Born2Global Centre startup incubator is set to release its second product, the Smart Putter, known as the only golf club on the market to precisely indicate the level and aim of the putter and lets you analyze your stroke with 3D analysis of your speed, tempo and rhythm. It's also the world's first analysis system with a 3D avatar expressing the user's muscle movements to help guide players to a better swing.
Unlike its competitors, the real-life club isn't just a simulator. The SmartGolf app's 3D avatar allows for real time motion, unlike competitors that only allow for analysis as a fixed animation following the user's swing. This means by playing with the putter, you get guidance not only from the accompanying SmartGolf app, but also develop muscle memory to improve your overall game.
Supported by Korea PGA coaches and analyzers, the Smart Putter is a golf coach without the hassle and expenses. Built with LED level indicators and laser aimer, Smart Putter guarantees a level balanced and a squared putt. And with Bluetooth connections to the app, the club allows you to monitor and compare your putts with past strokes and simulate your putts on various types of green.
Here are more of the Smart Putter's Features:
- The Smart Putter is built as a mallet face balanced putter, designed and manufactured by a professional club maker.
- The model can be used on the field without the technology aspect. When the digital components are turned off, you can use it on the course, along with training at home or in the office.
- 9-axis sensors (Accelerometer, Gyroscope, and Compass) in the Smart putter offers the most precise and accurate analysis on your stroke.
- The SmartGolf app has both practice and entertainment components. It also allows for online multiplayer mode, where users can try out their putts with their friends on a virtual green.
- The SmartGolf app is downloadable for free on iOS, Android and Windows. It includes bonus features that can be used without the physical putter.
The Smart Putter is available through the SmartGolf website and will be available at Smart Putters partner retail locations later in 2018. The club ships in the U.S. and internationally and retails for $300.
