The Forrester report (subscription required for access) looks at the cross-channel campaign management (CCCM) market and highlights the capabilities of representative vendors.
Report author and Forrester analyst, Rusty Warner, wrote: "As vendors address customer data management concerns, we expect more marketers will invest in cloud-based CCCM solutions as well.
