Smart-Tek Solutions, Inc. Changes Name to Trucept, Inc.

SAN DIEGO, Jan. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Smart-Tek Solutions, Inc., (OTC Market: STTN) a leader in PEO and staffing services, is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to Trucept, Inc.

The name Smart-Tek represented the Company's business prior to 2009 that delivered high-tech security based solutions.  CEO Brian Bonar said that the Company's new name better reflects the current business model of delivering customized processing solutions to business owners which allows them to focus their energy on creating ways to grow and capitalize on their own business concept. 

"The new name Trucept will give us greater flexibility in the market," Bonar said. "We plan to announce the new ticker symbol within one week."

The company also operates the Solvis brand of staffing in both Michigan and California.
