(Nasdaq: SMBL) will host a live audio webcast at www.smartbalance.com on May 6, 2010, at 9:30 a.m. ET to discuss 2010 first-quarter financial results, which will be issued at approximately 8:30 a.m. ET the same day.  The webcast will be in listen-only mode.
