Frank Biden, President and Development Director of Mavericks, as well as the brother of Vice President Joe Biden stated, "Mavericks High is a mastery-based, high tech, boutique charter high school with a total enrollment of 500 students. The students, ages 15 to 21, will attend our new 23,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility located at 3525 Congress Avenue in Palm Springs, Florida."

With a singular goal of improving graduation rates and encouraging student success, Mavericks High assesses and assigns each student to an individualized learning plan that is delivered through teacher-supported computer curriculums, which allows each young person to learn at his and her own pace.
