SLS Brickell Hotel & Residences In Miami Celebrates Launch With An Epic Grand Opening Party For Over 1,500 Guests Featuring A Special Performance By Boy George

Hosted by Related Group Founder and Chairman Jorge Perez, sbe Founder and CEO Sam Nazarian, designer Philippe Starck, Arquitectonica's Bernardo Fort-Brescia and Chefs José Andrés and Michael Schwartz, the evening was a truly memorable showcase of Miami's hottest new hotel.

Over 1,500 partygoers were dazzled by the stunning and chic 55-story property and treated to a glimpse into the imaginative and visionary minds behind the project, as they received a captivating and surreal 'tour de SLS'. In true SLS style, the night delighted all of the senses, offering a taste of SLS Brickell with inspired bites by acclaimed Chefs José Andrés and Michael Schwartz, and creative cocktails by 1893 by Pepsi-Cola Mixologists that were shaken and delivered by high-flying drones. Awesome aerialists, champagne pouring acrobats and theatrical human installations were some of the many experiential elements of the evening. The event culminated in a live performance by iconic singer songwriter Boy George, who flew to Miami to join the party at the end of his 70-city world tour with Culture Club, before he stars on the new season of NBC's The New Celebrity Apprentice.
