SLG Adds Technology Experts with AnotherRound Apps Acquisition

HOUSTON, May 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Satellite Logistics Group (SLG), a leading supply-chain solution provider for the beverage industry, has named Scott Moorad as vice president, innovation, and James Webb as commercial software architect. Moorad and Webb joined SLG last month with the company's acquisition of AnotherRound Apps (ARA), a provider of integrated cloud-based, mobile software solutions.

Moorad and Webb founded ARA in 2010. Together, they developed KegID™, an industry-leading asset-tracking technology, and MobAle™, an innovative mobile-sales-and-delivery application. SLG's Kegspediter^® keg-management-and-return service – now powered by KegID™ – has become an even more powerful tool to help brewers and distributors maximize keg use, improve accountability, and minimize loss rates.

Webb has extensive experience in software development and IT operations. He served as senior architect at Cirrus Business Consulting for nearly a decade and as a consultant at KBR Inc. for 14 years.
