Slendertone Distribution, Inc Announces New Global CEO and President, North America
HOBOKEN, N.J., Feb. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Slendertone Distribution Incorporated, a division of Bio-Medical Research Ltd. (BMR), today announced the promotion of Andrew Leyland from President, North America to Global CEO effective January 1, 2010. Stepping into the President, North America role to oversee the business is Joseph Petracca, who previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was instrumental in Slendertone’s growth within the North American marketplace.
With Mr. Leyland’s new role as Global CEO, he will relocate to BMR’s headquarters in Galway, Ireland, where his relationship with the company originated in 2002. “I am personally looking forward to moving back to Galway to begin this new chapter in my career and using my internal experience at BMR to help lead the company on a more global level,” said Mr. Leyland.
