Sleep Nation, Inc. Announces New Service Offering
NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Sleep Nation, Inc., a national provider of CPAP supplies, today announced a new offering where it is providing its call center, insurance eligibility and fulfillment teams as an outsourced service option for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) companies desiring to increase their re-supply revenue. The offering is the first one in the industry to bundle all these services into one.
"Live callers perform better than automated options and provide for better patient communication and care," said Richardson Roberts. "Not only does this result in more revenue for our DME clients but it improves the patient relationship with the DME. There are very few live call CPAP re-supply options in the market and we are not aware of any company that provides the breadth of services that we've wrapped together."
"We've proven through our partnerships with acquisitions that we can do a great job transitioning interested patients over to our platform," Roberts continued. "Because we've invested heavily in software and phone systems, we are very efficient and it is our goal to give the patient an experience that rivals not just the best in the DME industry but in all of healthcare."
