SLCG Announces Appointment of Dr. Ilan Guedj, as a Principal in its Northern Virginia Office

WASHINGTON, June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Securities Litigation and Consulting Group, Inc. ("SLCG") announced today that Dr. Ilan Guedj has joined SLCG as Principal in its Virginia office. Dr. Guedj received a Ph.D. in Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Business. His research interests are: the pricing and risk management of fixed-income securities and derivatives, applied econometrics, empirical investments and interest rate modeling.

Prior to joining SLCG, Dr. Guedj was an Assistant Professor of Finance at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Guedj has written and presented extensively to academics and practitioners on the mutual fund industry, on the pharmaceutical industry, and on the implications of organization on firm investment decisions and governance.
