SlashNext Expands Executive Leadership Team with Security and SaaS Industry Sales Veteran Ed Greene

PLEASANTON, Calif., Feb. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- SlashNext, provider of fourth-generation Internet security solutions, today announced Ed Greene is joining its executive team to lead its sales organization as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales.

Mr. Greene joins SlashNext from Comodo Security Solutions, an endpoint threat prevention provider, where he served as Executive Vice President of Field Sales. Prior to Comodo, Mr. Greene held sales leadership positions at Tufin, MarkMonitor, Skybox, Checkpoint Software, McAfee and Cabletron. He also delivered impressive success for two Fortune 50 companies, Lucent and Digital Equipment Corporation, in senior management roles.

Mr. Greene brings over 20 years of experience selling technology products and services including cyber security, private cloud, orchestration, enterprise software virtualization and professional services to CIOs, Data Center Managers and Chief Risk Officers in mid-sized and large enterprises. He has established an extensive network of customers and partners across financial services, investment banking, pharmaceutical, retail, telecommunications and other key verticals, which will be critical in helping him to drive the growth of the SlashNext sales team, partner ecosystem and customer pipeline.
