Fashion Group International Los Angeles Postpones Event for Spring 2015
LOS ANGELES, Nov. 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Fashion Group International® of Los Angeles (FGILA) announced its 6th annual "Meet the Designer & the Muse" would be postponed. The event, celebrating Los Angeles fashion designers, is now slated for spring 2015.
FGILA is thrilled to reveal that many legacy designers based in Los Angeles are eager to lend their support and participate in Designer and Muse. The organization resolved to defer the event to a future date that will accommodate scheduling considerations of the designers.
Established in 2009, "Meet the Designer & the Muse," showcases the best-of-the-best in Los Angeles' design scene, including emerging talent, the cutting-edge, and the industry's most celebrated veterans. The city's designers walk the red carpet with their celebrity or model muses, dressed in their designs.
Sponsorship opportunities will be available for the event this upcoming spring. For more information, please contact Leanna Lewis at [email protected]. Please contact Lauren Seely, [email protected] for ticket information. A portion of the proceeds will contribute funds for the Designer and Muse scholarship.
