He negotiates and drafts documents for a wide variety of commercial transactions, including asset acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, asset financing, leases, and purchase and sale agreements.
Kevin Colosimo, managing partner of Burleson's Pittsburgh office. He is a seasoned attorney who is experienced in all areas of oil and gas litigation, energy law, and business and contract law. He is counsel to dozens of exploration and production companies operating in the Marcellus and Utica shale plays of the Appalachian Basin.
Kerri Coriston, senior counsel and member of the firm's Litigation and Energy Practice Groups. She litigates disputes involving a wide range of issues related to employment law, breach of contract, oil and gas rights, joint operating agreements, partnership dissolution, and torts. Her background also includes rendering opinions regarding mineral rights and land title.
Andrew Jenkins, a partner who focuses his practice in oil and gas litigation and dispute resolution, construction law, and business and contract law. He represents a variety of oil and gas exploration and production companies in lease, business, and land ownership disputes; employment matters; and mechanics' lien claims.
Michael Vennum, a partner who has practiced law for more than two decades, focusing primarily in oil and gas title, land use, regulatory, and real estate law. He represents exploration and production companies and midstream operators in a wide range of regional and development matters, including local zoning, road use, municipal ordinance challenges, and general real estate concerns.
Keith Zabela, a partner who manages the firm's Oil and Gas Title Group for the Appalachian Basin.
