SIX FLAGS TO PRESENT AT J.P. MORGAN TECHNOLOGY, MEDIA AND TELECOM CONFERENCE; MODIFIES DATES FOR PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED EVENTS

GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas, April 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Six Flags Entertainment Corporation (NYSE: SIX) the world's largest regional theme park company, announced today that it will participate in the J.P. Morgan Technology, Media and Telecom Conference on May 17, 2011 at the Westin Copley Place hotel in Boston, MA.

In addition, the company revised the dates it will participate in two conferences.  The new dates are as follows:

B. Riley & Co. Investor Conference—May 24, 2011 at the Loews Santa Monica Beach hotel in Santa Monica, CA

Wells Fargo Securities 2011 Consumer, Gaming and Lodging Conference—May 25, 2011 at the Wynn hotel in Las Vegas, NV
